Every customer has a different preference for the type of coffee, the degree to which it is roasted, and the frequency of visiting a store.

If you work at a store for a long time, you will be able o remember each customer's tendencies, but staff members who have just started working at a store do not know that information.

What's more, as the information of a customer is accumulated with each visit, it is very difficult to convey it in one sentence.

This can be achieved by a subscription business model.

By introducing a subscription, you can accumulate customer data and standardize customer service.

From the perspectives of "favy" which provides the subscription system and "29ON" which operates subscription-style restaurants, we introduce how to use customer data while incorporating specific examples.
